Lead by Master Chef Wang, our team of chefs are renown for creating the most authentic Asian seafood banquets for weddings for over 25 years. It’s because we understand the significance and meaning of each one the traditional seafood dishes that make up the 8+ Chinese wedding banquet menu, and they reflect a time-honoured tradition past from generations. So creating that balance of traditional flavours, using the freshest of produce and local seafood, served within a modern setting, is an important aspect of what SILVER PEARL is.
Even though we’re specialists in creating amazing seafood wedding banquets, we recognise there are times couples look for more than the usual menu that we offer, or have mixed nationalities, or love the venue and it’s location - so we’re very much open to introducing an external Gold Licensed caterer, or even work with our Consulting Head Chef Jason and Master Chef Wang on creating a truly unique menu.
Whether you’re having a mediterranean wedding, a modern Australian one or even traditional Indian wedding, our large commercial kitchen has the facilities to welcome other caterers to create a wonderful experience with us.
